Our team is diverse, energetic, and passionate about what we do, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Job Summary** As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients and their customers via live chat software. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients' customers, and you'll play a critical role in building relationships, resolving issues, and promoting our clients' products and services. If you're a self-starter with a passion for customer service, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** * Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns * Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to Live Chat Manager when appropriate * Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs * Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately * Promote interest in client products and services * Consistently achieve established standards of the position * Continually portray and project a positive and professional image * Provide administrative support **Requirements** * Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment * Keyboarding and internet experience needed * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal * Upbeat, positive attitude, and professional demeanor * Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role * Ability to compose professional emails **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment * Experience working with live chat software and CRM systems * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities **What You'll Get** * Monthly bonus based on performance * Be a part of a group of diverse, energetic professionals who play as hard as they work * Plenty of room for upward career mobility **Benefits** * 401k Plan * Paid Holidays * Paid Time Off * Medical Insurance * Dental & Vision Insurance * Company Paid Life Insurance **Available Shifts and Compensation** We have available shifts all days of the week.
