**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment, with a strong focus on customer service and support
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
* Ability to pass pre-employment background requirements and maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive customer information
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with elderly care calls or in a similar customer-facing role

* Experience with Inbound and Outbound calls, including handling customer complaints and resolving issues
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
