**Essential Qualifications**
* Previous telecommunication experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Reliable computer, headset, and Internet connection
* Dedicated quiet at-home work setup, free from distractions and interruptions
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to accept coaching and training to enhance job performance
* Ability to write a grammatically correct paragraph from notes taken during phone calls
