**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Entering claims information into our claims management systems with high accuracy and efficiency

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and claims information

**U.S. Eligibility Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Be at least 18 years old or demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract

* Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our services
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
