**Job Summary**
As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer service inquiries from various stakeholders, including members, providers, physicians, and internal and external clients. Your primary goal will be to research and resolve problems in a timely manner, ensuring our members receive the support they need to maximize their pharmacy benefits. You'll work closely with other operational departments to resolve mail order and claims issues, maintain accurate documentation, and identify areas for process improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and outbound calls from members, providers, physicians, and internal and external clients
* Answer questions related to pharmacy benefits, maintaining productivity standards and performance guarantees where applicable
* Collaborate with other operational departments to research and resolve mail order and claims issues, responding to members within performance agreement guidelines
* Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all inquiries to continuously improve the customer service process and reduce potential legal concerns
* Identify and escalate concerns received from patients and/or clients in a prudent manner, ensuring corrective action is pursued and expedited to address their needs
* Adhere to quality and production standards while complying with all applicable company, state, and federal safety regulations
* Perform other duties as needed to support the team and achieve business objectives
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience in a call center environment (Preferred)
* 1 year of experience in customer service (Preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in using computerized systems to gather information and respond to questions
* Ability to maintain accurate and complete documentation
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a healthcare or pharmacy benefits environment
* Knowledge of pharmacy benefits and related regulations
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
