**Responsibilities**
As a key player in our technology transformation journey, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and drive the CDP roadmap, enabling a single view of our customers and powering operational and analytical use cases. Your expertise will help us evolve the CDP into the ultimate data experience for product-led growth and business professionals. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs, develop user stories, and drive trade-off decisions. Your goal will be to deliver best-in-class experiences and enabling capabilities that delight our customers.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with Product Management, Servicing, Sales, Fraud, Marketing, and UX teams to understand use cases and segmentation needs
* Developing a comprehensive CDP implementation strategy aligned with overall product and customer success goals
* Identifying new data sources and onboard existing data sources to the CDP
* Evolving our identity resolution models (deterministic and probabilistic)
* Building and running queries to answer questions and build segment and build solutions for users of CDP to be able to self-serve
* Being the CDP subject matter expert, gathering information to create accurate, informative, and resonant user stories for both the business and the data team
* Helping build the product roadmap, define user stories, and drive trade-off decisions
* Identifying new products and features on behalf of the customer, leading 1-2 scrum teams to align on mission and deliver great results iteratively
* Leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to measure results, inform the roadmap, and achieve benefit, adoption, and financial results
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent and related experience with 7+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager
* 4+ years of experience in managing Customer Data Platforms
* Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in an iterative development environment
* Fluency with concepts like unique identifier, API, ETL, etc.
* Data proficiency - you can source, analyze, and present quantitative and qualitative data
