**Responsibilities**
As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you'll be required to use excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve issues and respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines. Your responsibilities will include:
* **Resolve Complex Consumer Issues**: Use your problem-solving skills to resolve high-level consumer issues in a fast-paced environment.
* **Assist Policy Holders**: Provide support to policy holders with billing questions and concerns.
* **Provide Recommendations**: Offer recommendations and adjust as necessary to support policy holders' needs.
* **Support Policy Holders**: Assist policy holders with any policy changes requested.
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **6 Months Customer Service Experience**: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required.
* **Over 18 Years of Age**: You must be over 18 years of age to apply.
* **Ability to Type 25 Wpm**: You'll need to be able to type 25 words per minute.
* **High School Graduate or GED**: A high school graduate or equivalent is required.
* **Comfort with Desktop Computer System**: You'll need to be comfortable using a desktop computer system.
* **Proven Oral & Written Communication Skills**: Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
* **6 Months Call Center Experience**: 6 months of call center experience is preferred.
* **Logical Problem-Solving Skills**: You'll need to have logical problem-solving skills.
* **Availability to Work Various Shifts**: You'll need to be available to work various shifts.
* **Ability to Use Windows Operating Systems**: You'll need to be able to use Windows operating systems.
* **Organization and Work Prioritization Skills**: Strong organization and work prioritization skills are required.
**Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* **Internet Connection Requirements**: You'll need to have a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
* **ISP Must Have No Packet Loss and Ping Under 50ms**: Your internet service provider must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
