As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. **Responsibilities**
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
* Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues
* Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns
* Providing support to policyholders with any policy changes requested
* Supporting policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 6 months of customer service experience minimum
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Availability to work various shifts
* Ability to use Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
**Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
* A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
* An ISP with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms
* Proof of internet speed required
* A clean and quiet workspace
