About the Role: Pharmacy Customer Service Representative

At arenaflex, our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy serves patients who rely on life-sustaining specialty medications for complex medical conditions. • Prescription Entry and Processing: Interpret and accurately enter new prescriptions and refill requests into our sophisticated pharmacy information system. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure patient safety and medication accuracy.
• Insurance and Benefits Verification: Verify and update patient insurance benefits, including checking coverage eligibility, understanding formulary restrictions, and navigating the complexities of specialty pharmacy billing.
