**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Processing transactions, including registering sales, collecting cash, and dispensing change as needed
* Maintaining accurate records, including patient and medication data, and processing voids, returns, and exchanges
* Assisting pharmacists with tasks, such as entering patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and checking for potential interactions
* Reporting medication errors to pharmacists and adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures
* Handling calls and responding to customer inquiries, including those related to prescription medications and over-the-counter products
* Processing manual claims for external program prescription services and performing other administrative tasks as assigned
* Assisting with stock management, including receiving, stocking, and storing shipments of medications and other products
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the pharmacy and surrounding areas
* Participating in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in pharmacy operations and customer service
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare, business)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, customers, and colleagues
* Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Familiarity with pharmacy operations and procedures, including medication management and patient care
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in a retail or healthcare setting, preferably in a pharmacy or customer service role
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Strong numerical skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications
* Proficiency in store stock control and inventory management
* PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through arenaflex's assigned PTCB training program
