As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference in the construction industry. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks: * Processing all invoices in INFOR, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail * Verifying GL Coding, Purchase Order creating, and routing as needed to ensure seamless financial operations * Receiving, stamping, and distributing incoming invoices for approval, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency * Electronic and paper filing of invoices processed as needed, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's document management policies * Assisting the Admin Office Manager with various duties, providing exceptional support to the team **Physical Requirements** As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll spend most of your working day in a stationary position, operating a computer and other office productivity equipment.
