As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll also be responsible for data entry, patient enrollment, and other administrative tasks. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methods and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the appropriate system. * Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing. * Investigate to obtain missing medication data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes). * Settle all information entry-related exceptions. * Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and make outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis. * Settle Outsider Oddballs by researching, gathering data, making amendments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements. * Make phone calls to backup plans and others to acquire data, gain abrogate endorsement, or otherwise settle the Outsider Oddballs. * Provide support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those at other locations. * Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare, business). * 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or pharmacy setting. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficiency in computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite. * Basic web search skills, including opening a browser, composing URLs, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms. **Preferred Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience in a retail or call center environment. * Experience providing customer support to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction. * Transitional to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, arranging documents). * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite. * Basic web search skills, including opening a browser, composing URLs, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms. * Transitional to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, arranging documents). **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
