**Position Overview**
As an Admin and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our operations, ensuring excellent customer communication, and coordinating with our Amish team. This part-time remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and contributing to our mission.
**Key Responsibilities**
### Administration & Data Entry
* Perform data entry for dairy cow sheets and conduct weekly analysis to ensure accurate records and informed decision-making.
* Handle applications and submit necessary forms in a timely and efficient manner.
* Maintain calendars and schedule appointments to ensure seamless coordination with our Amish team.
* Assist with human resources tasks, including handbook updates and paperwork, to support our team's growth and development.
* Organize and manage our Google Drive to ensure easy access to important documents and information.
* Manage customer emails, calls, and texts to provide exceptional communication and support.
### Customer Service
* Answer calls, texts, and social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported.
* Coordinate with our Amish team to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
* Schedule deliveries and manage customer communication regarding raw milk herdshares to ensure a smooth customer experience.
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
**Qualifications**
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
