As a remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our Help Desk technicians to provide top-notch customer service and support. **Key Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Receiving and processing requests for technical assistance from customers through our ticketing system * Opening and submitting tickets for review by our Help Desk technicians * Reviewing each open ticket to track the outcome and ensure timely resolution * Providing exceptional customer service by emailing responses to customers and keeping them informed of the status of their tickets * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions * Collaborating with our Help Desk team to ensure seamless communication and efficient ticket closure **Essential Qualifications** * Previous experience in I.T.
