As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning. **Job Responsibilities** As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for: * Receiving and processing requests for technical assistance from customers, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution. * Entering and managing customer requests in arenaflex's ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. * Monitoring and reviewing the status of open tickets, proactively communicating with customers to ensure prompt and effective issue resolution. * Communicating outcomes and updates to customers via email, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintaining organized records and focusing on quick ticket resolution, ensuring efficient and effective issue management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive and process customer requests for technical assistance * Enter and manage customer requests in arenaflex's ticketing system * Monitor and review the status of open tickets * Communicate outcomes and updates to customers via email * Maintain organized records and focus on quick ticket resolution **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * No prior experience is required, though previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer is a plus. * Exceptional typing skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods, with a strong understanding of computer systems and software applications. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. * Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. * A proactive approach to learning and a desire for career growth in Information Technology or Customer Service Help Desk roles. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required * Previous experience in I.T.
