As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* **Answering Phones in a Friendly Manner**: Using information script.
* **Greeting Members, Signing Up, and Touring New Members**: Logging amenities.
* **Responding to Member Questions and Concerns**: In a timely and professional manner.
* **Processing Beverage or Merchandise Purchases**: Through the point of sale system.
* **Promoting Unique Fitness Instruction Classes**: To active members and new members.

**Qualifications**
To be a successful Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:
* **Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in customer service.
* **High School Diploma/GED Equivalent**: Preferred.
* **Must be 18 Years of Age or Older**: To work in a fitness environment.
* **Basic Computer Proficiency**: Ability to use a computer and point of sale system.
**Physical Demands**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be required to:
* **Frequent Lifting, Carrying, Pushing, and Pulling**: Up to 75 lbs.
* **Encountering Cleaning Chemicals**: During shift.
