Our business model focuses on offering a wide range of products, including clothing, electronics, home goods, groceries, and more, while maintaining a positive shopping experience for our customers. **Job Summary** As a Packaging Strategy Lead - Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for building foundational data requirements, scientific classification structures, and specific loyalty standards to support packaging plan streamlining and sustainability efforts across all arenaflex owned brands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, design, store operations, marketing, supply chain, properties, and compliance program owners, to establish relevant data requirements and adaptable guidelines that reflect our commitment to safety, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Build foundational data requirements, scientific classification structures, and specific loyalty standards to support packaging plan streamlining and sustainability efforts across all arenaflex owned brands * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, design, store operations, marketing, supply chain, properties, and compliance program owners, to establish relevant data requirements and adaptable guidelines that reflect our commitment to safety, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and performance * Develop and implement change cycles to ensure accurate packaging document management portfolios across multiple systems and partner groups * Create, develop, and execute innovative training and education programs on assets, for internal and external audiences, to drive extensive understanding of standards, details, and data precision best practices * Assess data requirements, rules, and details to advance safe, reliable, and cost-effective solutions that align with industry standards, improve good design practices, are consistent with risk resistance assumptions, and maintain a leader position in the industry * Provide support and guidance to cross-functional teams and colleagues to ensure proper interpretation and implementation of packaging data requirements, rules, and details * Collaborate with suitable internal regulation and guideline informed authorities, identifying effects on current data requirements and standards, taking action to mitigate risks and recognize opportunities for compliance * Work with cross-functional global partners to drive effective communication and roadshows around expressed objective advancement, compliance, and data precision best practice requirements and assumptions * Use data to identify trends or issues, in association with technology groups, to measure the effectiveness of training delivered and communications sent * Investigate industry trends and review Target's corresponding data and standards practices, share insights and recommendations with the appropriate audience for change and compliance * Provide leadership and guidance to others, driving effectiveness and efficiency in the team in results * Develop and maintain a positive team culture by exhibiting behaviors consistent with Target's values of Inclusivity, Collaboration, and Drive; ensure ongoing, effective communications to the team, and support individualized growth by offering regular performance feedback, training, recognition, and assessment **Requirements** * 4-year degree or equivalent experience * 4+ years of experience creating and managing documentation and guidelines projects, ideally including packaging design and development * Ability to influence without authority, manage projects, work with teams, resolve conflict, build agreement, establish rapport, and collaborate successfully, both internally and externally, across all levels of an organization * Experience with documentation best practices, technical writing, and reporting * Skilled at creating and advising on satisfied, structure, and delivery of compelling training stages, roadshows, and communication * Experience driving teams or projects, driving collaboration, strengthening, and cooperation * Strong analytical, critical thinking, creative thinking, and scientific abilities * Related knowledge with packaging or customer products manufacturing * Strong relational and hierarchical abilities * Adaptability and resilience; open to working in uncertain and constantly changing conditions * Ability to focus, manage multiple tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work, communicate, and lead in a highly collaborative environment * Strong capability in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Vizio applications **What We Offer** * Competitive salary: $26/hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) retirement plan, and employee discounts * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Flexible work schedules and remote work options * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking to join a dynamic and innovative team, please submit your application through our website.
