Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities As an Overnight Dealer Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for: * Representing dealerships across the national and global market via webchat, email, and various digital communication mediums * Converting in-market vehicle sales and services customers to dealership leads, while meeting department KPIs and goals * Serving as an expert in the product line, promotions, and dealership operations * Utilizing web chat software to provide consultative assistance to customers with their vehicle purchase process * Continuously aiming to improve customer satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency by making recommendations that benefit the customer * Being a goodwill ambassador for arenaflex by courteous treatment of all customers * Providing exceptional service to all internal and external customers * Promoting sales and lead captures for the client by accurately and enthusiastically responding to consumer questions about products, features, benefits, incentives, and promotions * Effectively building rapport with customers, dealers, and all team members * Participating in any required training to maintain the technical knowledge and skills necessary to perform the job above the standard required * Effectively and accurately documenting customer interaction * Efficiently managing concurrent activities Job Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service related profession * Journalism/Creative Writing experience preferred * Computer navigation and typing proficiency * Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills * A positive self-starter with a strong work ethic, an ability to meet/exceed deadlines, organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong attention to detail * Bachelor's degree required Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) * Proficiency in web chat software and other digital communication mediums * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to meet/exceed department KPIs and goals Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
