Position Overview: Outbound Customer Service Representative
We are currently seeking an experienced Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for arenaflex, communicating primarily via phone with healthcare providers to verify and correct demographic information, resolve inquiries, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. What sets this position apart? You'll have the opportunity to work with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, with hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Central Time. Twice per year, employees have the opportunity to select from available shifts, providing additional flexibility.
As a valued member of our team, you'll receive competitive compensation starting at $17.00 per hour, with the potential to earn additional quarterly bonuses based on your performance. Key Responsibilities
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Phone-Based Customer Communication: Connect with healthcare providers primarily by phone to verify and correct demographic information, ensuring accuracy and completeness in our systems.
- Inquiry Resolution: Research and resolve a wide variety of customer demographic inquiries at the point of service, working diligently to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Feedback Collection: Obtain information from customers and communicate feedback for follow-up when required to ensure satisfactory resolution of complex issues.
- Provider Education: Educate providers via phone to ensure complete inquiry resolution and to promote understanding of our services and processes.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure the delivery of accurate information updates for input into all of the company's applications and systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison to other departments to provide inquiry resolution and identify operational issues that may impact the contact center.
- Team Communication: Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate effectively across disciplines and departments to achieve shared goals.
- HIPAA Compliance: Ensure full compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements, maintaining the highest standards of data protection and privacy.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in an office environment.
- Industry Background: Call center or telephone experience in a similar environment or industry is strongly preferred.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Knowledge of medical and claim terminology is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to use software, hardware, and peripherals related to job responsibilities, including Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
