Key Responsibilities As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, providing prompt, accurate, and helpful solutions in real-time. * Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to arenaflex products, services, and delivery concerns. * Providing detailed product information, pricing, and promotional details to assist customers. * Helping customers with order tracking, returns, and exchanges through chat support. * Assisting customers in understanding arenaflex's products, benefits, and availability. * Maintaining records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support database. * Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently. * Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy while managing multiple chat inquiries simultaneously. Skills & Qualifications To succeed as a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you will need: * Strong written communication skills to communicate clearly and professionally via live chat. * A genuine passion for helping others and delivering excellent customer service. * Comfort with using live chat platforms, customer service software, and basic computer tools (Microsoft Office). * Ability to quickly assess and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. * Multi-tasking skills to manage multiple chats and tasks at once while maintaining accuracy. * Strong focus on accuracy and ensuring customer inquiries are fully addressed. * Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred but not required. * Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.
