As a key player in our mission to reduce costs and improve workflow efficiency, you'll contribute to the success of arenaflex by accurately inputting data into our system from provided images, identifying document types based on the provided documentation, and reviewing and verifying that entered data meets quality standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining client data confidentiality will be essential in ensuring the integrity of our data and upholding HIPAA regulations.
**Responsibilities:**
* Accurately input data into our system from provided images, ensuring that all information is complete and accurate.
* Identify document types based on the provided documentation, utilizing your knowledge of healthcare terminology and document types.
* Review and verify that entered data meets quality standards, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
* Ensure confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations, maintaining the highest level of security and discretion.
* Collaborate professionally with team members as needed, providing support and assistance to ensure the success of our team.
* Suggest improvements or enhancements to job processes, utilizing your knowledge and experience to drive innovation and growth.
* Complete all tasks for the day, meeting deadlines and productivity standards.
* Perform other basic office duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.
**Schedule & Pay:**
* Hourly Rate: $12
* Shifts: Part-time and full-time positions available. Full-time preferred. Minimum of 20 hours per week required.
* Shift Hours: Vary between 8:00 am - 9:00 pm CST, Monday - Friday.

* Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Typing Speed Requirements: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy and 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy.
