Job Summary As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in our revenue operations department, working closely with our team to ensure seamless processes and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and develop your skills in revenue cycle operations, data entry, and communication. Responsibilities As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: * Performing duties related to revenue operations, including medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage * Communicating with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients and timely reimbursement for dialysis services * Responding timely and accurately to payer communications, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date * Collaborating with other revenue operations teams to ensure seamless processes across teams * Partnering with clinics teammates, including insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators, to ensure timely and accurate insurance information * Identifying process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements, working closely with our team to implement new processes and procedures Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * High School diploma or equivalent required * Minimum of six (6) months corporate office experience required * Previous Revenue Cycle experience is preferred but not required * Data Entry experience filling out online forms * Savvy in navigating through the internet and provider portals * Proper claim accounting knowledge is a big plus * Medical billing or accounting experience is a big plus Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly * Proficiency in data entry software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
