The Role: Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a professional setting
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute (WPM)
- Proficiency in computer operation, including navigation of multiple software applications and Windows-based systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate responses
- Ability to remain composed and objective, especially during challenging or escalated interactions
