**Responsibilities**
As a Health Insurance Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

**Requirements**
To be successful as a Health Insurance Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you will need to meet the following requirements:
* Be at least 18 years of age.
* Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s.
* Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace.
* Have a personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period.
* Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period.
* Be able to pass a background check and health screening.
* Have cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired Ethernet connection (mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible).
* Have an Ethernet connection that is a wired connection, not Wi-Fi.
**Compensation**
As a Health Insurance Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you will be rewarded with:
* Base Pay: $14.50 per hour.
* Enhanced Rate: Up to $16.00 per hour based on attendance and performance.
* Spanish Bilingual Base Pay: $15.50 per hour.
* Spanish Bilingual Enhanced Rate: Up to $17.00 per hour based on attendance and performance.

**Preferred Experience**
