The Alexa Customer Experiences team at arenaflex is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical with the experience and enthusiasm to dive deep and drive impact across the tech, science, design, and partner teams, to design and scale character experiences for Generative AI use cases. The role requires leaders with technical depth as well as the ability to influence cross-functionally and outside their immediate reporting line.
Our team is focused on ensuring every Alexa customer gets personalized help that enables them to achieve more in their daily life. Our team builds a blend of end-user experiences and flat frameworks that are scaled across hardware and software experiences. We strive to keep things Day 1, and fun. We are based across Seattle (WA), Bellevue (WA), and Santa Monica (CA).
**Key Responsibilities:**
This role will be centered around building character experiences across all Alexa customers and use cases, including:
* Drive clarity out of ambiguity and define a clear vision, approach, and requirements for customer scenarios.
* Create and manage tools that ensure high-quality at speed and scale.
* Address the voice of the customer through external and internal research and guide to customer needs.
* Work with engineering, applied science, and UX/design to drive innovation.
* Drive adoption, engagement, and experimentation of your products.
* Collaborate and partner closely across arenaflex to enhance personalized experiences.
**A Day in the Life:**
Cut through uncertainty, apply principles, deliver requirements, and connect deeply with engineering, design, and UX teams to deliver game-changing, personalized customer experiences. Ultimately, you own the customer experience, with customer satisfaction as your ultimate success metric. You will engage with engineering and design teams daily, and update senior leadership on progress weekly. This is a high-speed, high-uncertainty issue space, clarity and ability to drive teams with clarity will enable success.
**Essential Capabilities:**
* 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product
* Experience purchasing/driving product roadmap and definition
* Experience with end-to-end product delivery
* Experience contributing to design conversations around technology choices and architecture related to a product
* Experience in technical product management
**Preferred Capabilities:**
* Experience in project management philosophies, business analysis, or process improvement
* Experience working on character products

**Compensation and Benefits:**
Our compensation mirrors the cost of living across various US geographic markets. The base salary for this position ranges from year in our lowest geographic market to year in our highest geographic market. Compensation is based on various factors including market area and may vary depending on work-related information, skills, and experience. arenaflex is a total compensation organization.
