About the Role We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team of talented developers. As a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and efficient web and cloud applications. Responsibilities As a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: Designing and developing scalable, secure, and efficient web and cloud applications using a range of programming languages and technologies. Collaborating with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions. Working closely with our engineers to develop and deploy high-quality software applications that meet the needs of our users. Participating in code reviews and contributing to the development of our engineering practices and standards. Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry, and applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement. Providing technical guidance and support to our teams, and mentoring junior engineers to help them grow and develop their skills. Identifying and mitigating technical risks, and developing and implementing strategies to ensure the security and reliability of our applications. Developing and maintaining technical documentation, and contributing to the development of our knowledge base and community resources. Requirements To be successful as a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on web and cloud applications. Proficiency in a range of programming languages, including Java, Python, and JavaScript. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and containerization using Docker. Strong understanding of software design patterns, and experience with Agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience with testing and debugging, and a strong understanding of software testing principles. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence, and a strong understanding of data science principles. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Docker. Experience with cloud-based databases, such as MongoDB or Cassandra. Strong understanding of security principles and practices, and experience with security testing and vulnerability assessment. Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
