We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Outdoor Sales Development Representative to join our energetic sales team. In this role, you will be connecting with educators and school districts who want to promote our life-changing Pre-K - 8th Grade Career Discovery programs. If you're a proactive communicator with a passion for connecting with people seeking to help kids grow their confidence in their future direction, we want to hear from you. **About the Position** As an Outdoor Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outdoor sales activities, including face-to-face interactions, outdoor education events, and assigned projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a passion for engaging with customers both over the phone and in person. **Key Responsibilities** • Engage with potential customers over the phone and introduce our life-changing programs for the kids while learning about their goals for their students. • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up efforts. • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments, coordinate sales efforts, and provide support as needed. • Utilize CRM software to record and update lead information, track interactions, and manage the sales pipeline. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities. • Participate in outdoor education events and projects as assigned to promote our programs and engage with potential customers. **Qualifications** • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred. • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Recent College Graduates with 1 -2 years of sales experience. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds. • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and goals. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Comfortable connecting with educators over the phone and also engaging with customers in various outdoor settings. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools preferred. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. • California candidates are preferred and will be given precedence for this role, but we are open to considering candidates from other states as well. **Perks and Benefits** • Flexible work hours and remote work opportunities. • Supportive work culture with regular team events and activities. • Opportunities for professional growth and development in a rapidly expanding startup. • Competitive compensation package, including $20 - $25 per hour plus commission. • Comprehensive benefits package, including dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, vision insurance, and work from home options. **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and growth.
