**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Product Manager – Customer Analytics and Insights, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our Client Insightful Center product, which aims to provide a seamless and personalized experience for our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Designing, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart+, and Showcasing, to deliver top-notch customer insights and analytics solutions that meet the security and trustworthiness needs of our internal stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute the Client Insightful Center product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer analytics and insights solutions that meet the security and trustworthiness needs of our internal stakeholders
* Ensure that tools and systems are built and scaled to support the security and trustworthiness needs of our internal stakeholders in analyzing customer data and behavior
* Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection, and identify potential opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
* Collaborate with Designing, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart+, and Showcasing teams to deliver high-quality customer insights and analytics solutions that meet the security and trustworthiness needs of our internal stakeholders
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and 7 years of experience in product management, or
* 9 years of experience in product management or related field
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, and 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
* Experience in creating comprehensive digital experiences, knowledge in executing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and incorporating digital accessibility seamlessly
* Familiarity with accessibility best practices and commitment to joining us in making open products and services observing arenaflex's accessibility guidelines and standards for supporting a comprehensive culture

* Strong product management skills, with experience in developing and executing product strategies, prioritization, and roadmaps
