**What You'll Do:**
* Spearhead the development and execution of the Customer Insight Center product strategy, prioritizing features and functionalities that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Walmart Interface, Information Services, Walmart+, and Marketing, to deliver top-notch customer analytics solutions that emphasize data security and customer protection.
* Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Customer Insight Center.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
* Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that our product meets the evolving needs of our customers, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 7 years of experience in product management
* Alternatively, 9 years of experience in product management or related field
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, with 6 years of experience as a product manager
* Proven track record of managing complex, customer-facing products with a strong focus on digital accessibility and compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
* Experience with assistive technologies and inclusive design principles
* Strong understanding of accessibility best practices and commitment to creating inclusive products and services
