**Responsibilities:**
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, including greeting them, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have
* Processing transactions, including ringing up sales, handling returns and exchanges, and processing voids and discounts
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning the sales floor, and ensuring that the store is well-maintained
* Assisting with inventory management, including receiving and stocking shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records
* Processing prescriptions, including counting and pouring medications, and verifying patient information
* Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our products and services, including their features and benefits
* Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Basic math skills and ability to accurately count and process transactions
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or retail environment
* Previous experience with inventory management and processing prescriptions
* Basic computer skills and knowledge of store systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
