**Position Description: Data Analytics – Talent Data**
As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary objective will be to develop an insights-driven talent organization, enabling strategic skills choices and driving higher skills and business outcomes through informed decision-making. You will be responsible for leading the Talent Data Operations & Insights team, specializing in strategic partnerships and customer-driven products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop a data-driven roadmap that supports the growth, execution, and development of the overall talent approach to meet business needs.
* Provide actionable insights to Talent Partners and Delivery leaders, proactively highlighting wins, opportunities, and risks with expert recommendations.
* Develop data models that are easily digestible to support the team in making informed decisions.
* Identify priorities and roadmap unique to the business, incorporating multiple internal and external data sources.
* Enable the Talent team to become strategic advisors, capable of directly influencing business results.
* Deliver consultancy, analysis, and insights, as well as self-serve tools.
* Influence leaders on leveraging available insights and power governance efforts, including business process enhancements and accountability management.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance, or a related field.
* 3 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field.
* Strong domain knowledge in business operations and understanding of the internal data ecosystem.
* Experience in developing and executing talent approaches, evaluations, and insights plans.
* Proven track record of delivering complex analysis and insights supporting strategic initiatives.
* Ability to develop a scalable and repeatable suite of tools that meets business needs.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills with business stakeholders.
* Experience in using governance efforts, including business process enhancements and accountability management.
