Job Summary As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of patient data, prescriptions, and other healthcare-related information. You will work closely with our healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care, while maintaining the highest standards of data security and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities * Patient Experience + Greet patients warmly and offer assistance with products and services + Resolve patient issues promptly and respond to inquiries to ensure a positive patient experience + Model and promote excellent customer service best practices with all colleagues to deliver a unique and personalized experience + Collaborate with patients to understand their needs and proactively offer services to enhance their experience * Data Entry and Management + Accurately and efficiently process patient data, prescriptions, and other healthcare-related information + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, while adhering to data security and confidentiality standards + Perform data analysis and reporting to support healthcare teams in making informed decisions * Clinical and Healthcare Services + Provide clinical and healthcare services, such as vaccinations, diagnostic testing, and patient education + Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans + Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote health and wellness * Team Collaboration and Development + Work closely with healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care and services + Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge + Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives * Professional Development and Growth + Pursue continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge + Participate in mentorship and coaching programs to support career growth and development + Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field from an accredited educational institution * Current pharmacy licensure in the states within the region * Experience performing prescription filling and management, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, and pharmacy software and technology systems * Affirmed Immunizer or able to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire Preferred Qualifications * At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and management, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, and pharmacy software and technology systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare teams, and colleagues Benefits and Perks * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for professional development and growth * Flexible scheduling and work-life balance * Comprehensive health insurance and wellness programs * Employee discounts on products and services * Paid time off and holidays * Retirement savings plans and matching employer contributions * Equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion How to Apply If you are a motivated and compassionate individual with a passion for healthcare and patient care, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
