**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Clerk – Customer Support and Administrative Operations**

We're now seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Data Entry Clerk to join our team and play a vital role in our customer support and administrative operations. **Job Summary:** As a Full Stack Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing full-time assistance to our customers, conducting records submission, and performing various clerical tasks. You'll serve as the first point of contact for customers who require a range of support services and products. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensure seamless communication, and maintain accurate records. **Key Responsibilities:** * Place outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and respond to basic inquiries * Update and maintain customer phone call data source, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles * Manage support; profile page creation/updating * Filing, Information access, and Document production * Create and update customer service issue tickets * Support in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer assistance process and manage unique management ventures, including overflow work from teams, such as word-processing, data entry, and Internet research jobs * Manage the business's lobby area: Greet and direct all visitors, merchants, clients, work applicants, and customers.
