**About This Role**
arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full Stack Data Entry Associate to join our Client Relationship Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring seamless data entry processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Participate in the delivery of exceptional client experiences by building relationships through proactive outreach and providing personalized support
* Assist clients with basic referencing related to opening new accounts, completing affiliation requests, and submitting credit applications
* Receive guidance from supervisors and exercise judgment within established procedures and guidelines
* Support the perception of bank products and services to meet clients' needs
* Help clients to understand and gather information about products and services
* Provide informed decisions on banking products and services to clients
* Derive clients' financial needs to various advanced subject matter experts and partners as necessary
* This role has client contact and job responsibilities which may include the obligation/requirement of terms or maybe taking an application for a home secured loan. Therefore, this position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and related rules. Reliable work is expected to meet each such principle, including satisfactory background check results. Individuals in a S.A.F.E. Act position other than should meet the Credit Originator requirements under Rule Z (LO) as shown in the job questions.
**Requirements:**
* 6+ years of experience in client-facing roles, or equivalent experience through one or a combination of the following work history, education, military experience, or leadership. arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.

* Gifted with proactively engaging, gathering, collecting, and maintaining relationships with clients and colleagues
* Support clients and colleagues in resolving or escalating concerns or issues
