**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Analytics Director at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our data analytics team and developing strategies to drive business growth and innovation. **Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
* Develop and implement data analytics tools and processes to support business decision making
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions

* Lead and manage a team of data analysts and scientists to achieve business objectives
* Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)
* At least 2 years of experience in a data analytics or related role
* Proven track record of driving business results through data-driven insights
* Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of data analysts and scientists
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, R, and Tableau
* Experience with data governance policies and procedures, including data quality and integrity
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)
* Experience with advanced data analysis tools and technologies, such as machine learning and deep learning
* Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Power BI and QlikView
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure

* Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum
