As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming and innovating our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in delivering first-class customer experiences. **Join the arenaflex Crew and Lead the Way** With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider space, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique includes the design and programming of customer satisfaction surveys, which comprise over 40 studies, translated into over 10 languages, and deployed in more than 20 countries. **Transforming the VOC Method** As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll assist in the transformation and innovation of the VOC method, working closely with Product and Process Owners, Qualtrics Subject Matter Experts, and the Agile Team in Technology.
