**Job Summary**
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team in New York, USA. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth across our streaming platforms. You will work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure precise delivery of membership change notifications, identify impacted customers, and provide recommendations for remediation.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage data and document requirements related to supporter informing drives, including cost increments, supporter arrangements, and new data being gathered
* Develop queries based on required business rationale, sometimes legally binding, to determine precise supporters of supporters for informing as well as remediation
* Communicate business requirements to technical teams and provide concise summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners
* Develop a solid understanding of supporter adjusts and the technical framework that underlies supporter information
* Manage project planning and timelines and ensure cross-functional delivery to prepare for significant business events
* Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks
* Collaborate with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data occurrences
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of work experience creating in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline
* 2+ years of logical experience
* Proven ability to convey technical or logical ideas to a wide range of audiences
* Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages
* Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
* Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills
