**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team in Burbank, USA. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving business decisions and informing strategic initiatives across our music, film, and media divisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex business problems, develop data-driven solutions, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Drive data-driven decision-making across our music, film, and media divisions
* Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms to analyze large datasets
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and challenges
* Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reporting
* Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to support business decisions
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform data strategy
* Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their data analysis skills
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on music industry insights and analytics
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
* Proven experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven solutions
* Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
* Experience working with machine learning algorithms and natural language processing
