**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to lead our Adversarial Abuse and Analytics team. As a Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent and mitigate online abuse, as well as driving business growth through data-driven insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Design, to develop and implement solutions to prevent online abuse and improve the overall user experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the Adversarial Abuse and Analytics team in developing and implementing strategies to prevent and mitigate online abuse
* Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms to detect and prevent online abuse
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Design, to develop and implement solutions to prevent online abuse and improve the overall user experience
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns related to online abuse and develop data-driven insights to inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and provide insights to stakeholders
* Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to develop and maintain data pipelines and ensure data quality and integrity
* Collaborate with the Product Management team to develop and implement new features and products to prevent online abuse and improve the overall user experience
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including content creators, advertisers, and partners
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in online abuse and data analysis, and apply this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive growth
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
* 4+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, and software development
* 2+ years of experience in leading teams and managing projects
* Strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and software development
* Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis
* Strong understanding of data modeling and algorithms
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics)
* 2+ years of experience in leading teams and managing projects in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Google Cloud or Amazon Web Services
* Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools, such as Amazon Redshift or Microsoft Power BI
* Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
* Strong understanding of online abuse and data analysis, and experience in developing and implementing strategies to prevent and mitigate online abuse
