**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team and help drive business growth and process optimization. As a key member of our Preparation and Conveyance Activities group, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and insights, and developing data-driven solutions to drive business decisions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Build a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal groups and functional partners
* Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization
* Support internal business work processes, such as administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning
* Work with different data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and emergency response
* Archive work processes connected with key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes
* Work with Data Architects and system designers to help documentation and executions of data set plans
* Construct vital dynamic structures and write scripts that help us automate and expand
* Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and making compelling storytelling for executive audiences
* Support Planning and Delivery Activities with impromptu demands from our partners
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data science, or technical fields
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, Software Engineering)
* Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet
* Understanding of social data set plan and capability
* Strong math and analytical skills
* You are an exhibited self-starter and you give solid critical thinking, unwavering discernment, and conveying, and excellent direction
* Successful collaboration and time management abilities
* You carry areas of strength for a to detail, with a capacity to make a step back and grasp the master plan
* You have astounding written and oral communication skills
* A showed capacity to work with design delivery groups to examine technical ideas
* Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a technical field (Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, Software Engineering)
* Experience working with data visualization tools like Power BI, D3.js, or Matplotlib
* Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
* Experience with agile project management methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
* Strong knowledge of data governance and data quality principles
* Experience with data storytelling and presentation techniques
