**Job Description**
As a part-time Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms. **Essential Capabilities:**

* Designed broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
* Ability to work in a home environment that is private and free from distractions
* Capacity to change your schedule frequently (at least every 2 weeks) with a 14-day advance notice
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of productivity and quality
**Preferred Capabilities:**
* 1+ years of experience in telephone or email customer support
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
