We offer 100% remote work and a strong encouraging culture where diversity, equity, and inclusion are the framework for our success. **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to credit union members and banking customers via phone, email, and chat * Resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintaining a strong member focus, deep-rooted in empathy and understanding * Communicating effectively with peers, leaders, and members to ensure seamless service delivery * Exercising good judgment and independent decision-making skills to resolve customer issues * Exhibiting outstanding listening, questioning, call control, and de-escalation techniques to resolve customer complaints * Being proactive, having effective time management and organizational skills to meet productivity and quality standards * Displaying dependability with a good attendance record and adhering to arenaflex's attendance policies * Possessing strong technical troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues * Multitasking and navigating through multiple systems to provide efficient service * Sitting in front of a PC/monitor, taking high-volume phone calls, for extended periods of time **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification * Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience or 1 year of call center experience * PC windows-based software experience required with basic knowledge of Word and Excel * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Dependable and reliable with a good attendance record **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role * Knowledge of credit union or banking industry * Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Dependable and reliable with a good attendance record * Strong technical troubleshooting skills * Ability to navigate through multiple systems * Excellent listening and questioning skills * Ability to de-escalate customer complaints * Strong time management and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
