You'll work with various people on behalf of our clients, including healthcare providers, patients, pharmacists, and medical office personnel. You'll be trained on multiple client programs and will transition between various ones throughout your day. You'll receive incoming inquiries and will reach out to clients by phone, email, or chat, always delivering the exceptional service that we're known for. You'll have the knowledge and resources necessary to resolve most questions on your own and will have support from your team available whenever needed. You'll know how to make sure that clients always feel confident that they're in good hands and that you truly care. With your professionalism and superior listening skills, you'll turn every interaction into a positive one. You'll keep accurate and detailed documentation about all your communication with clients, and you'll enjoy interacting with people throughout your day. **Qualifications for a Remote Customer Service Representative** * High school diploma or equivalent * One year of customer service or call center experience * Ability to pronounce and display a working knowledge of basic medical terms * Ability to work in a quiet and private work-from-home environment where high-speed internet is maintained * Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows / Office * Ability to pass a background check * Excellent customer service skills **Full-Time Contact Center Work Schedule** Because most of our departments operate 24/7, we offer flexible work schedules for full-time call center positions. Full-time employees can expect to work 38-40 hours per week, with at least one weekend day required.
