Provide expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options to clients. * **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * **Travel Advisory**: Offer expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options to clients. * **Problem Solving**: Handle any issues or concerns that arise during travel, such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes, and provide timely solutions. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **Experience**: Proven experience in a customer service role or within the travel industry.
