**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Utilizing excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) to input data accurately and efficiently.
* Communicating effectively in English; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
* Previous experience in tier 1 helpdesk support and triage will be advantageous.
* Ensuring accurate setup of organizational and user credentials in our new application platform.
* Collaborating with our team to resolve any data entry-related issues or concerns.

* Must have reliable internet connection.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
**Work Environment:**
