Our pharmacists play a vital role in the U.S. healthcare system by providing a wide range of pharmacy and healthcare services, including those that drive fair access to care for the country's medically underserved populations. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Director, Data Analytics Specialty Pharmacy to lead our team in driving business growth and excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of data analytics strategies to support specialty pharmacy programs. This includes providing direction and oversight to teams responsible for data enablement, pharma, payer, finance, clinical, and other detailing initiatives. The Director will also be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and de-identification of required information fields to ensure compliance with Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) parts of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). **Key Responsibilities** * Oversees the team responsible for daily tasks, including conveying all Pharma legally binding answers to manufacturers within the required timeframe. * Directs the creation and analysis of data to support Pharma and Payer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). * Provides directional oversight to the support and upgrade of pharma and payer entries/dashboards. * Directs the team responsible for working out all factor charges provided to accounting to support monthly and quarterly charging of contracted services for Pharma. * Manages the team that screens the submission of passes to run reports, provide analysis, creates and updates Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) for detailing requests that come in from partners across the Specialty association. * Directs the team that supports the review of Request for Proposal (RFPs) or Request for Information (RFIs) and execution for both Pharma and Payer. * Collaborates with cross-functional partners to act as a subject matter expert (SME) for data management across the arenaflex organization. * Advises key partners on technical topics and assists in deciphering and defining business needs for area of responsibility to execute against. * Makes recommendations for the definition of systems and working plans of the predefined area of responsibility, then executes or changes the working plans based on winning circumstances. * Works with external vendors and partners to create and maintain positive relationships. * Builds and improves internal and external associations. * Establishes functional and quality targets and creates/supervises working designs for responsibility. * Regulates and coordinates the work of directors, senior directors, and their subordinates. * Acquires and assigns resources to meet working plans. * Ensures the continuous development and advancement of direct reports. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. * At least 2 years of experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal (peers, colleagues, and leadership) and external partners (business community, clients, and vendors) within a matrix organization to develop procedures that meet division objectives within budget and timelines. * Experience creating key drivers that align with business objectives. * Experience identifying functional issues and prescribing and implementing procedures to resolve issues. * Experience driving cross-functional teams. * Experience communicating and collaborating with senior-level management both within and to client-facing organizations. * Experience overseeing client-facing programs. * At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace. * At least 3 years of direct leadership, supervisory, or cross-functional team leadership experience. **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Systems. * Graduate degree/MBA. * Experience with advanced coding languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, C++, etc.). * Experience with data extraction, data mining, data securing, data profiling, data warehouse management, and statistical concepts. * Experience with system architecture (e.g., Master, Vendavo, Vistaar, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Wikis, etc.). **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $35-$45 per year. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. * 401(k) retirement plan with company match. * Paid time off and holidays. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking to join a dynamic team, please submit your application through our website: [Apply Job!](https://ihire.allboardsolutions.in/register-candidate/) **arenaflex is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/veterans.**
