**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Working on various projects and tasks associated with RxClaim, including enterprise requirement determinations, clinical adjudication, and override issue resolution
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to CAPAS operations
* Supporting the implementation of patron PA documents in the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process
* Working on branch projects and PA sports in a timely manner to ensure successful delivery
* Supporting CAPAS carrier catalog offerings and incorporating progressive enhancements into all elements of CAPAS operations
* Demonstrating arenaflex values, including collaboration, accountability, and strategic thinking, in a matrixed environment
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of analytical experience working with large data sets for projects or trending/possibility identification
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
* Self-motivation and a strong, effective attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Experience with MS Access database and data analysis tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:
* RxClaim experience, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse
* Experience with data analysis tools and techniques
