**Job Description**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your daily tasks will encompass a wide range of transaction types, including:
* Managing a variety of transaction types (totaling 31) within the Customer Communications Unit Que, Settlement Options Team, Money Out Team, Premium Team, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFTs) Team, and Renewal Statements Team.
* Handling tasks such as creating value quotes, processing policy status letters, updating beneficiaries, and managing settlement options.
* Reviewing referrals and ensuring all data is in good order for processing, occasionally requiring outreach to other departments for escalated cases.
* Assisting with premium management, including processing changes, suspending premiums, and managing tax withholdings.
* Utilizing Salesforce for transactions and ensuring all work is pulled from the platform.
