**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You'll work closely with our internal teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analyze complex data sets, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs
* Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
* Design and develop packages for internal clients
* Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
* Translate data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
* Troubleshoot technical issues and present evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2-4+ years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field
* Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications
* Experience with reporting platforms, such as SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
* Development programming languages, such as ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript
* Database languages, such as Transact SQL
* Database knowledge, including MS SQL Server
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
* Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures
* Database knowledge, including Hadoop, Oracle
* Development database languages, such as Oracle PLSQL
* Crystal Reporting experience preferred
**Required Education**
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
