We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team and contribute to our mission of identifying and attracting top talent from around the world. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area, identifying potential candidates, and analyzing professional profiles in job portals. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes
* Manage notices in different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them
* Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
* Collaborate with our multicultural team to ensure seamless communication and project delivery

* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
* Marked attention to detail in daily work
* 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
* Advanced English level
